As a Behavior Technician, you’ll join a dedicated team committed to helping individuals reach their fullest potential. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll teach communication, social, and daily living skills, apply evidence-based ABA strategies to reduce challenging behaviors, and create positive, supportive environments. Explore Diverse Opportunities At Upstate Caring Partners, Behavior Technicians have the chance to work in a variety of settings, each offering unique experiences and meaningful impact: Tradewinds Education Center - Support students ages 5-21 with significant behavioral and developmental challenges in a therapeutic learning environment. Tradewinds offers a comprehensive curriculum, vocational training, therapies, and enrichment activities all designed to help students build independence and essential life skills. New Discoveries Learning Center - Work with preschoolers ages 3-5 in an inclusive setting that prepares them for kindergarten. This program emphasizes hands-on learning, social development, and early intervention services such as speech, occupational, and physical therapy. Youth & Adult Residential Programs - Provide care and support in our Children’s Residential Program (CRP) and Adult Residential Programs, creating home-like environments where individuals can thrive. What we Offer Starting Pay: $21.23/hour Full-time positions in school programs or residential settings. Paid training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs. A passion for helping individuals with autism and IDD succeed. Commitment to earning Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within your first year.
