Responsibilities: Leads deep dive/ad hoc analysis on evolving share, volume and segment issues and recommends appropriate action plansAnalyzes impact of sales & marketing performance drivers: distribution, displays, features, space, price dynamics, brand health, media spend to develop insights & recommendationsTransforms insights into recommendations to through simple, visual, and action-oriented deliverables that drives common understanding and aligns stakeholdersLiaises regularly with key marketing, sales, and insights stakeholdersConducts training as required with region teams and management on utilization of tools to monitor performanceUnderstands competitive threats and results of actions in the marketplace Requirements Bachelor's degree0-1 years of experience or entry level applicantStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills (proficient - VLOOKUP's & large data sets and visualizing data)Ability to create and Maintain Power BI Dashboards strongly preferredExperience in a programming language (object-oriented or database language) preferredMust be detail oriented, have strong communication skills, and be a self-sufficient running projects
