One CaliforniaPosition Summary:Responsible for the development and maintenance of all work schedules. Daily posting of all schedule-related activities. Correlation of daily staffing assignments. Preparation of management reports.Data input to the Nursing Productivity/Staffer System. Preparation of invoices for payment for agency staff.Minimum RequirementsMinimum of 2 years staffing office experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent technical trainingSpecial SkillsEffective communicator with strong interpersonal relations skillsAbility to complie statistics and to maintain accurate and complete records and reportsPrevious Staffing/Time Management System expereinceMust have the ability to read write and speak EnglishPreferredExperience in Microsoft Office.
