Description We are looking for a Service Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in West Henrietta, New York. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service to clients who utilize Bill Pay powered by Bill, ensuring they are guided through the registration process and supported with any inquiries about the product. The role combines high-volume outbound calling with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and mentor less experienced team members. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct high-volume outbound calls to clients enrolled in Bill Pay powered by Bill, assisting them with registration and addressing product-related questions. u2022 Provide quality service to clients by resolving inquiries and ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements. u2022 Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Paychex products, industry policies, and procedures. u2022 Identify and propose process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. u2022 Utilize systems and software platforms, including Salesforce and Flex, to document interactions and manage workflows effectively. u2022 Mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. u2022 Perform accurate data input while managing priorities and maintaining strong organizational skills. u2022 Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution and completion. u2022 Demonstrate proficiency in using software tools to facilitate tasks like data management and document scanning. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume setting. u2022 Comfortable with conducting outbound calls and engaging with clients effectively. u2022 Proven experience in customer outreach and providing solutions. u2022 Strong ability to work towards goals and metrics with resilience and motivation. u2022 Familiarity with software platforms such as Salesforce and Adobe Flex. u2022 Knowledge of industry procedures, policies, and compliance standards. u2022 Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple tasks. u2022 Ability to identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements.
