Job Description Role Overview The Warehouse Laborer supports daily warehouse operations by handling materials, receiving and preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflow, accurate order fulfillment, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Success in this role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow established processes and instructions. Key Responsibilities u2003u2022 Load and unload trucks and sea containers u2003u2022 Receive incoming deliveries, verify accuracy, and report discrepancies u2003u2022 Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, packaging, palletizing, and staging u2003u2022 Pick and pack materials according to work orders or pick lists u2003u2022 Open crates and build wooden crates as required u2003u2022 Follow established warehouse processes, schedules, and procedures u2003u2022 Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas u2003u2022 Dispose of debris, wood, shrink wrap, and other waste properly u2003u2022 Operate tools and material-handling equipment safely u2003u2022 Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
