Description Accounting Manager - Manufacturing industry Direct-Hire / Permanent position Robert Half contact: Fully onsite, 5 days per week in office We are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to join our client's accounting department This position will report to the President and Controller and help assist with AP, AR, reconciliations, payroll processing, human resources administration, and benefits administration. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and extensive experience in managing financial processes and ensuring accuracy in accounting functions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our organization, particularly within the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Perform bank reconciliations to maintain proper financial records. u2022 Utilize QuickBooks and Sage 300 to manage and organize financial data. u2022 Oversee payroll functions, including benefits administration and compliance with regulations. u2022 Manage month-end closing procedures and prepare financial statements. u2022 Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. u2022 Collaborate with the human resources department to support employee benefit programs. u2022 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. u2022 Provide insights and reports to assist in financial decision-making processes.
