This position is critical to ensuring external audits are conducted efficiently, meet client and regulatory requirements, and protect CMM's business interests. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, regulated environment while maintaining high quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Quality Specialists and internal stakeholders to prepare for and facilitate external audits.Coordinate external audit preparation activities and sessions, including scheduling and logistics.Track, collect, prepare, and provide documentation and materials requested by external auditors.Maintain accurate and complete external audit records and documentation.Respond to non-audit client requests for quality-related information.Support the development, maintenance, and updates of audit-related procedures and documentation.Perform additional duties as assigned to support Quality Management objectives.Minimum QualificationsUniversity degree or college diploma (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within healthcare, pharmaceutical, patient support programs, or other regulated environments.Experience working with document management systems and/or learning management systems in a regulated industry.Ability to read, interpret, and apply procedures, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.Experience with quality management software systems is a plus.Key CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
