About the role We are seeking a skilled AS400 RPG & Synon Developer to support endu2011tou2011end technical delivery across analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment activities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Technical Leads to clarify requirements, ensure highu2011quality technical solutions, and support successful project implementation through warranty. In this role, you will: u00b7 Collaborate with Business Analysts and CVS Technical Leads to clarify requirements u00b7 Prepare, review, and approve project estimations u00b7 Conduct detailed analysis to support solution design u00b7 Prepare, review, and approve technical design documents u00b7 Review and approve coding deliverables u00b7 Prepare unit test plans and perform unit testing, including bug fixing u00b7 Promote projects to QA and support regression testing u00b7 Review deployment plans and support QA activities u00b7 Support regression cycles and oversee deployment activities u00b7 Provide postu2011implementation support during the warranty period Work model: We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
