Description We are looking for a skilled Forward Deployed Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York, New York. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in software engineering to deliver innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in developing, deploying, and maintaining features while fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: u2022 Write and review code daily, contributing to integrations, enhancing platform functionality, and resolving technical challenges. u2022 Manage the development lifecycle of features from gathering requirements to testing, deployment, and monitoring. u2022 Collaborate with engineering teams to refine and improve the platform using insights from client interactions. u2022 Design and implement scalable solutions that meet client needs while supporting broader platform objectives. u2022 Act as a technical advisor for client teams, building trust and ensuring clear communication. u2022 Oversee all technical aspects of onboarding, from contract initiation to successful product launch. u2022 Identify and implement improvements to streamline onboarding processes, focusing on self-service capabilities. u2022 Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery. u2022 Work with Operations and Customer Success teams to prioritize and deliver impactful product enhancements. Requirements u2022 Extensive experience with React and Node.js, with a proven ability to write and review code effectively. u2022 Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business-focused language. u2022 Demonstrated success in leading technical projects, including implementation and decision-making responsibilities. u2022 Ability to transform client requirements into production-ready, scalable solutions. u2022 Proven track record of managing relationships across diverse stakeholders, including clients and partners. u2022 Experience identifying gaps in technical processes and implementing effective improvements. u2022 Proficiency in JavaScript, serverless computing, and cloud technologies. u2022 Familiarity with Express.js and NoSQL databases.
