Job Description The ServiceNow Event Management Specialist is responsible for supporting, configuring, and operating the Event Management capability within the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on ensuring reliable event ingestion, effective alerting and correlation, and strong alignment with CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes. The ideal candidate has handsu2011on experience with ServiceNow Event Management fundamentals, understands CMDB concepts, and can administer ServiceNow at a foundational level while working closely with IT Operations and platform teams.
