Job Title: Quality Control Technician Job Description The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing receiving, inu2011process, and final inspections on all materials, detail components, hardware, and assemblies to ensure full compliance with customer purchase orders, engineering requirements, IPC standards, and internal quality expectations. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities + Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections on materials, components, and assemblies. + Ensure compliance with customer purchase orders, engineering requirements, and IPC standards. + Maintain product integrity and support continuous improvement initiatives. + Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality assurance. Essential Skills + Proficiency in quality control and manufacturing quality. + Knowledge of IPC standards, AS9100, and ISO 9001 standards. + Ability to interpret purchase orders and engineering requirements. + Experience in using Microsoft Suite. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate degree. + 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality. + AS9102 Standard knowledge. + IPC Trained or Certified. Work Environment The position is located in a brand-new test lab at the Seven Corners location. The role supports a long-standing program, integral to the Navy's Hawkeye E-2D aircraft. This group provides full product lifecycle support in-house, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Falls Church, VA.
