This role offers the opportunity to specialize in either real estate law or probate, wills, and trusts, depending on your expertise. The ideal candidates will bring a strong background in civil litigation and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional legal services. Responsibilities: u2022 Represent clients in legal matters related to real estate or probate, wills, and trusts. u2022 Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and thoroughness. u2022 Conduct in-depth discovery processes and analyze findings to build strong cases. u2022 Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal strategies. u2022 Manage litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with all deadlines. u2022 Provide expert advice on legal issues while maintaining the highest ethical standards. u2022 Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure accurate and effective representation. u2022 Handle negotiations and mediations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. u2022 Participate in court proceedings and advocate on behalf of clients. u2022 Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to enhance overall firm operations. Requirements u2022 Must hold a valid attorney license and be in good standing. u2022 At least 5 years of experience in civil litigation. u2022 Expertise in either real estate law or probate, wills, and trusts. u2022 Proven ability to draft legal motions, briefs, and other documentation. u2022 Strong knowledge of discovery processes and litigation procedures. u2022 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. u2022 Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
