Job Description As a Reliability Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems and equipment through proactive monitoring, analysis, and optimization strategies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: u2003u00b7 Perform regular inspections, assessments, and analyses of equipment and systems to identify potential failures, defects, or inefficiencies. u2003u00b7 Utilize advanced nondestructive testing techniques and tools to evaluate the integrity and performance of critical components. u2003u00b7 Interpret data from various condition monitoring sources such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic testing to assess equipment health and predict potential failures. u2003u00b7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies. u2003u00b7 Generate reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to optimize equipment reliability and performance. u2003u00b7 Participate in root cause analysis investigations to identify underlying factors contributing to equipment failures or degradation. u2003u00b7 Contribute to the development and refinement of predictive maintenance programs to enhance asset reliability and minimize downtime. u2003u00b7 Stay informed about industry best practices, advancements in condition monitoring technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve reliability practices. u2003u00b7 Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance and operations teams to ensure effective implementation of reliability initiatives. u2003u00b7 Foster a culture of reliability excellence by promoting proactive maintenance practices and knowledge sharing across the organization Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements u2003u00b7 Proficiency in utilizing condition monitoring tools and software for data collection, analysis, and reporting. u2003u00b7 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven recommendations. u2003u00b7 Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences. u2003u00b7 Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. u2003u00b7 Proven track record of problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. u2003u00b7 Adherence to safety protocols and best practices in all aspects of work. Reliability Lead Analyst is capable of developing, qualifying and approving all procedures, specifications, advance analysis techniques and standards interpretation, including the designation of CM methods applied to Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE).
