Job SummaryThis position will provide case management services to families eligible to participate in the YMCA Child Placing Agency Program and Behavior Rehabilitation Services Program. This will include supporting YMCA licensed caregivers of youth in foster care in the King County, Snohomish County, and Pierce county areas, youth enrolled in intensive in-home stabilization services, and youth enrolled in therapeutic foster care services. Case management services include coordinating or providing services to enable the child and caregivers to utilize medical, educational, social, clinical, and other services necessary for maintaining the child's physical, psychological, and/or developmental health. You will also provide leadership and support to the greater Case Management team and ensure that all clients in the CPA and BRS programs are receiving quality case management services.u00a0This position is at the Social Impact Center Y, the social services branch of YMCA of Greater Seattle (YGS). The mission of the Social Impact Center Y is to accelerate young people's ability to build safe, successful, and happy lives.
