Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in supporting recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. This position offers the opportunity to work within the healthcare industry, contributing to talent acquisition efforts that drive organizational success. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage data entry and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information. u2022 Generate reports to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes. u2022 Source candidates through various channels and coordinate interviews to streamline the hiring process. u2022 Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. u2022 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. u2022 Support talent branding initiatives to enhance the companyu2019s reputation as an employer of choice. u2022 Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. u2022 Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations during recruitment and onboarding. u2022 Provide administrative support for recruitment events and other talent acquisition activities. u2022 Contribute to process improvements and strategies that strengthen the recruitment function. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing and full-cycle recruiting. u2022 Strong skills in data entry and reporting to support recruitment activities. u2022 Familiarity with corporate recruiting processes and best practices. u2022 Ability to coordinate interviews and manage multiple schedules effectively. u2022 Knowledge of onboarding procedures and compliance requirements. u2022 Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders. u2022 Experience with talent branding and employer reputation initiatives. u2022 Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology to streamline processes.
