This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see: for the cutting of sheet metal aluminumparts utilizing a Water Jet per Customers engineering drawings andspecifications.EXPERIENCE:- Minimum two years operating a Flow Water Jet in an aerospace setting- Ability to read blueprints and decipher drawingsREQUIREMENTS:- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.- Familiar with safety standards and PPE utilized in a manufacturing setting- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work overtime when needed- Ability to read, write and understand English- Proficient in blue print reading- Knowledge of hand tools and precision measuring tools, such as calipers- Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Detail orientedRESPONSIBILITIES:- Verify specific material call outs on traveler- Load machine with work pieces- Confirm profile, pilot holes and cut outs are to Customer drawing- Verify accuracy of job/workmanship when performing job- Maintain specifications by observing operations and replacing worn tools as needed- Perform waterjet material handling safety procedures- Adhere to all quality assurance procedures and processes- Maintain specifications by trouble shooting processes, detecting malfunctions and taking measurements- Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for all new and differentrequests- Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments- Meet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
