Schafferu0027s Mill Golf & Ski Club is seeking a Merchandising & Retail Operations Coordinator Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.Pay:$22.00 - $24.00 Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain apparel displays and visual merchandising standards. Assist with buying, receiving, and inventory control of golf shop merchandise. Ensure the golf shop is organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing at all times. Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests. Support daily golf shop operations, including point-of-sale transactions and merchandising updates. Collaborate with professional staff to promote new products, events, and seasonal offerings. Monitor sales trends and assist with merchandise planning and reordering. Qualifications: Strong interest in retail, apparel, and merchandising. Excellent organizational and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior golf shop or retail experience preferred.
