As a Customer Experience Associate at the Express, you will assist customers in finding what they are looking for and ensure the Express is stocked with the products customers want. Youu0027ll know which products will meet customeru0027s needs and stay up to date on trends. With your knowledge and helpful suggestions, customers will continue to shop the Exchange. You will prioritize customer needs over tasks and grow sales by maintaining merchandise, signs and labels on the sales floor. You’ll also comply with the alcohol laws of your location and maintain the strictest standards. Creditable job-related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a 9-month for 9-month basis.
