Our client, a world-renowned architectural visualization studio, is looking for a full-time Business Development Associate to join their NY team This is a hybrid onsite / remote role, and will be onsite at their Brooklyn office 3 days per week (2 days WFH).experience in real estate, interior design, and or architecture required The Business Development Associate will:-work alongside their Managing Director and Business Development Lead to conduct market research on their competitors, and assist the team with crafting basic production quotes for clients-assist with appointment setting for pitches, business development calls, and partnerships-conduct email outreach for clients (and prospective clients) across the US and Europe-handle basic CRM maintenance within HubSpot (updating client lists, email sequences, etc.)The Business Development Associate has:-ideally 1+ year of professional work experience (preferably in the architecture or visualization space) -strong communication skills, and ability to take direction well-ability to work independently / not require a lot of hand-holding, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
