FTE: 0.500000Standard Hours: 20.00 Shift: 1 Schedule: 20 hour work week working firstshift Monday-Friday Job Summary: The EAP Counselor - Senior providesconfidential assessment, crisis intervention, short and long-termcounseling, and referrals for Froedtert Health staff; and is responsiblefor the documentation of these services. Other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a mentalhealth professional, providing short term/ongoing counseling toemployees and their families. Experience providing mental health,counseling, and/or employee assistance. At least three (3) years ofleadership experience in a behavioral health setting. EDUCATIONDESCRIPTION: Master's or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology orClinical Social Work from an accredited institution. TRAININGDESCRIPTION: Knowledge of and experience in two or more core serviceareas (addiction disorders, mental health, wellness, work issues,critical incident stress debriefing, etc.) SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Advanced knowledge of statues, rules and regulations relating to thefield of mental health and EAP. Knowledge of computer programs,including email, word processing, electronic health records,spreadsheets, and databases. Ability to communicate effectively with avariety of audiences, orally and in writing. Ability to organize,prioritize, manage and carry out duties efficiently and withinestablished timeframes. Ability to establish and maintain collaborativeworking relationships with all stakeholders. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:Licensed by the State of Wisconsin in Professional Counseling, ClinicalSocial Work and/or as a Psychologist.
