Daily phone, email and LiveChat communication with customers and sales reps Daily communicationwith Warehouse Supervisor and Office Manager Steps in as actingAssistant Warehouse Manager when they are out of office. Train allwarehouse employees on specific job functions. Responsible forprioritizing and delegating work to warehouse personnel assuring eachjob is completed in a professional and timely manner. Addressingcomplaints and resolving problems. Ensure warehouse spect warehouse facilities and equipment and recommends changes inallocation of space. Responsible for providing accurate counts offinished goods inventory and timely data entry for shipping andinventory purposes. Sales Orders, Invoicing, and Shipping of allcustomer orders Ensure superior customer satisfaction while maintaininga cost-effective operation.
