The world can't wait.You Have:5+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program5+ years of experience with planning at an Operational or higher level HQ staff such as Corps, DRU, ASCC, or ACOMExperience with the Five Stages of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP)Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational levelKnowledge of Microsoft Office suite, includingSharePoint,and the Office 365 environmentAbility to take an exercise from concept phase, produce a plan, and prepare and provide a senior-level concept of operation briefsAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeSecret clearanceBachelor's degreeCompletion of Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or Component equivalent Intermediate Level Education (ILE)Nice If You Have:8+ years of experience at the Brigade level or aboveExperience managing an exercise budget with multiple funding streamsExperience utilizing the Joint Training Tool and ARTIMSKnowledge of the aspects of Multi-Domain Operations (MDO)TS/SCI clearanceMaster's degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is pensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
