Description We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our organization in Akron, Ohio. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will thrive in managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, software platforms, and vendor relationships while driving innovation and technology adoption. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee the performance, reliability, and security of all organizational technology systems and infrastructure. u2022 Collaborate with the managed service provider to manage network infrastructure, server environments, cloud systems, and workstation provisioning. u2022 Maintain and update documentation for network diagrams, system inventories, vendor contracts, and licensing records. u2022 Administer and manage company software platforms, including settlement production systems, document management tools, and communication systems. u2022 Evaluate and implement new software solutions, ensuring seamless integration between existing platforms. u2022 Develop and enforce cybersecurity protocols, including multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, and security awareness training. u2022 Manage compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to data privacy and cybersecurity. u2022 Oversee telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring reliability and uptime for internet services and network connectivity. u2022 Create and deliver training programs for staff to improve adoption of company technologies and workflows. u2022 Identify and implement workflow automation, AI tools, and innovative digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related field. u2022 Proficiency in Active Directory and backup technologies. u2022 Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies and computer hardware. u2022 Strong understanding of configuration management and system integration. u2022 Proven track record of managing cybersecurity protocols and compliance requirements. u2022 Ability to oversee vendor relationships and evaluate technology solutions. u2022 Excellent leadership and communication skills to train staff and collaborate across departments. u2022 Familiarity with workflow automation and emerging technologies such as AI.
