Highspring LLC seeks a Blue Yonder (BY) Sr. Consultant (Lancaster, PA)u00a0responsible for using economic analysis to recommend BY, a supply chain operating and data warehouse management tool, modules and functions to meet the business requirements, develop the business, and plan configuration to meet desired results. Provide assistance during Proof of Concept (POC) by interacting with suppliers and distribution centers as well as documents POC results and in turn generates analysis of potential benefits. This position serves as an operational source by reviewing the planning outputs and managing exceptions. This role actively participates in business and economic process design for a vendor managed replenishment proof of concept. This position works closely with Process Engineers to determine and solidify requirements and integration for non-BY business and technical processes. May superviseu00a01-2 individuals with job titles such as Analyst or Junior Consultant. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Supply chain Management or related quantitative field with 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.u00a0 Will accept a combination of education and/or experience equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor's degree.
