Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you’ll make an impact in this role Conducted comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and measurable therapeutic goals.Facilitated high-impact individual and group therapy sessions utilizing diverse modalities to address complex mental health and behavioral needs.Maintained meticulous, HIPAA-compliant clinical records, ensuring all observations and progress notes met rigorous professional and legal standards.Systematically monitored patient progress and intervention effectiveness, proactively adjusting clinical strategies to optimize recovery outcomes.Managed holistic care transitions by synchronizing efforts between families, medical providers, and community resources from intake through discharge.What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:One or more of the following required:Licensed Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Licensed Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Licensed Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Licensed Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Education:Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field required.
