Job Description Our client is looking for Federal QCMs to work overseas in Guam or Hawaii The QC Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing project quality control plans to ensure construction meets or exceeds all contract requirements. The QC Manager will have day-to-day operational responsibility to the Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent, and functional responsibility to the Director of Quality Control.
