Forklift Operator u2013 $17 an hour 1:00pm-9:00pm (mandatory OT) East Moline, Illinois Join our growing team in a fastu2011paced warehouse environment focused on container and racking management. Our Davenport facility handles both racks and totes, offering steady work and opportunities to build handsu2011on experience with multiple types of forklifts and warehouse equipment. Primary Responsibilities Forklift Operations (Primary Focus) + Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, move materials, and stage product. + Perform pallet handling, stacking, and material transport throughout the warehouse. + Follow all safety guidelines and successfully complete an onu2011site forklift skills assessment. Warehouse Support + Load totes into the wash system and unload cleaned containers. + Sort, stage, and scan totes using hand scanners for tracking and inventory control. + Remove manufacturer labels and tags from inbound product. + Read and follow shipping documentation to ensure accurate outbound shipments. Container Handling & Light Repair + Perform basic repairs on plastic containers (sizes ranging from 2x2 ft. to 8x8 ft.). + Use basic hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers. Required Qualifications + Minimum of 6 months recent forklift experience (standu2011up or situ2011down). + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. + Willingness to work up to 10 hours of overtime, including Saturdays. Preferred Qualifications + Prior experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, loading/unloading, or production. + Experience in facilities similar to XPAC is a plus due to comparable product handling. Work Environment + Fastu2011paced warehouse with rotation between forklift operation, staging areas, wash lanes, and repair zones. + Casual dress code with PPE provided. + Teamu2011oriented culture with a strong emphasis on safety. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of East Moline, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
