Salary Range: $121,000 - $137,500 per year. The above base pay range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Lead Funnel Optimization Manager u2013 Wayfair Professional We are looking for a Lead Funnel Optimization Manager to join the Marketing Operations team. This is a high-impact, strategist role that serves as the architect of our revenue pipeline. You will be responsible for the engine of our lead journeyu2014focusing on perfecting our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), building sophisticated lead scoring models, and providing the performance analytics necessary to optimize our lead conversion. The ideal candidate is a data-driven expert who understands that a lead is a journey, not just a row in a database. You are as comfortable defining complex segmentation logic as you are bridging the gap between Marketing and Sales to prove what is driving high-quality growth.
