Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing the front desk, supporting office activities, and delivering excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Greet visitors, clients, and employees warmly while maintaining an attentive and friendly atmosphere at the front desk. u2022 Keep the front office area clean, organized, and visually presentable at all times. u2022 Oversee breakroom supplies, including stocking beverages, snacks, and kitchen essentials, while monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment. u2022 Ensure common areas, such as the breakroom and conference rooms, are clean and well-maintained. u2022 Manage conference room scheduling, meeting calendars, and logistics such as catering, room setup, and technology requirements. u2022 Assist with planning and executing internal meetings and events, ensuring all details are handled effectively. u2022 Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant, including coordination of office tasks and special projects. u2022 Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely restocking of essential items. u2022 Handle incoming mail and packages by sorting and distributing them appropriately, as well as coordinating outgoing shipments and deliveries. u2022 Track and manage package logs to ensure accurate documentation. Requirements u2022 Experience in receptionist duties, including greeting guests and managing front desk operations. u2022 Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and efficiently managing inbound calls. u2022 Strong organizational skills for managing office supplies and maintaining common areas. u2022 Ability to provide administrative assistance and support for special projects. u2022 Familiarity with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including logistics such as catering and technology. u2022 Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. u2022 Capability to track and manage mail and package handling processes. u2022 Previous experience in concierge services or similar roles is a plus.
