Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a contract opportunity offering standard hours, with the potential for long-term placement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and financial reporting, particularly within the real estate and property management industry. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage all aspects of full charge bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. u2022 Utilize QuickBooks to accurately maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. u2022 Prepare detailed year-end financial reports and manage the year-end closing process. u2022 Process invoices and rent payments efficiently while maintaining proper documentation. u2022 Handle financial operations for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all accounts. u2022 Collaborate with property management teams to ensure seamless financial reporting and reconciliation. u2022 Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and propose solutions. u2022 Support audits and ensure all financial records are organized and accessible. u2022 Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information. Requirements u2022 Extensive experience in full charge bookkeeping and financial reporting. u2022 Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. u2022 Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes. u2022 Familiarity with financial management in the real estate or property management industry. u2022 Experience with multi-entities preferred. u2022 Ability to handle year-end reporting and closing processes independently. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Comfortable managing financials for multiple entities simultaneously. u2022 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
