Job Title: Superintendent Job Description We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects, with a primary focus on Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) delivery within the municipal and education sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership experience managing ground-up and addition projects, strong scheduling capabilities, and comfort participating in project interviews and pursuits. Responsibilities + Serve as the Lead Superintendent on assigned projects, overseeing day-to-day site operations from preconstruction through closeout, with emphasis on ground-up new builds and additions. + Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule adherence. + Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6. + Utilize construction management software to track progress, coordination, and documentation. + Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors. + Participate in interviews and presentations for new project pursuits. Essential Skills + Experience delivering municipal projects in the $5Mu2013$20M range. + Proven experience delivering Ku201312 education projects in the $25Mu2013$40M range. + Strong understanding of Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) delivery methods. + Proficiency with construction management software. + Ability to create and manage schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6. + Effective communication skills, including the ability to support interview efforts for new work.
