We are seeking a motivated and dependable Junior Electrician to join our commercial electrical team. This role is ideal for someone early in their electrical career who wants handsu2011on experience in commercial buildings, tenant fitu2011outs, new construction, and renovation projects. Youu2019ll work under the guidance of licensed electricians while developing the skills needed to advance in the trade. Key Responsibilities + ? Assist in installing electrical systems including conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, receptacles, and switches. + ?ufe0f Support mechanic electricians with layout, measurements, and material preparation. + ? Pull wire and install cable trays, junction boxes, and raceways according to plans and code requirements. + ?ufe0f Help with roughu2011in and trimu2011out phases on commercial job sites. + ? Read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical drawings with supervision. + u26a1 Perform basic troubleshooting on circuits and equipment under direction. + ? Maintain clean and organized work areas , ensuring tools and materials are properly stored. + ? Follow all safety procedures , PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines. + ? Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials for daily tasks. Qualifications + 3- 6 years of electrical experience (schooling or apprenticeship preferred but not required). + Basic understanding of electrical tools, materials, and safety practices. + Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team. + Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail. + Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and in various indoor/outdoor conditions. Preferred (Not Required) + Enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship program. + Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code) basics. + Experience bending conduit (EMT) or using power tools. Work Environment + Commercial construction sites, active buildings, and renovation projects. + Fastu2011paced, teamu2011oriented environment with daily physical activity. + Overtime or weekend work may be required depending on project schedules.
