A Client Service Representative Position is available for a positive, organized and compassionate team member. High volume receptionist experience desired with proficiency in multi-line phone and computer systems.GENERAL PURPOSE:Provide high-quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients.Support the doctors and support staff. Look for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect and compassion.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Manage the front desk by greeting clients, checking patients in/out, scheduling recheck, and signing visitors and vendors in.Answer multiple phone lines.Oversee the clinic flow.Manage and assist clients in the euthanasia paperwork process.Discuss payment choices with clients.
