Responsibilities + Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of mechanical systems and components. + Design and develop mechanical parts and assemblies using SolidWorks. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing products. + Document and report test results, design changes, and project progress. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. + Proven experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on testing and design. + Proficiency in SolidWorks. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with ammunition and small arms is highly desirable. + Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to ammunition and small arms. + Experience with other CAD software and engineering tools. + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vero Beach, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00/hr.
