Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. + Proven experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on testing and design. + Proficiency in SolidWorks. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with ammunition and small arms is highly desirable. + Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to ammunition and small arms. + Experience with other CAD software and engineering tools. + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
