Responsibilities: u2022 Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations. u2022 Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations efficiently and accurately. u2022 Handle payroll for over 500 employees, maintaining meticulous records and addressing discrepancies. u2022 Administer garnishments and other payroll deductions in accordance with legal requirements. u2022 Verify timekeeping data and resolve any issues related to employee hours or payment discrepancies. u2022 Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data. u2022 Prepare payroll reports and analytics for management review. u2022 Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations to maintain compliance. u2022 Provide timely responses to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related matters. u2022 Support audits and reconciliation processes as needed. Requirements u2022 Extensive experience in full-cycle payroll processing, including multi-state payroll. u2022 Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll management. u2022 Demonstrated ability to handle payroll for large organizations with over 500 employees. u2022 Knowledge of garnishments and payroll deductions, including legal compliance. u2022 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies. u2022 Excellent organizational and communication skills for collaborating across departments. u2022 Familiarity with payroll laws and regulations at both state and federal levels. u2022 Prior experience supporting payroll audits and reconciliation processes.
