Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for a senior level Master Planner to lead a team on the GPS III program. In this role, you will partner with Program Management to drive all phases of program planning from inception through completion to architect, develop, and manage the Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule to meet program strategic objectives. In this role you willu2026 u2022 Provide direction to the GPS IIIF program planning team u2022 Coordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary and recognition/disciplinary actions u2022 Lead program start-up activities for new contracts/awards and upcoming proposals u2022 Work with the technical community, operational community, and program management to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline u2022 Manage a team to develop and maintain a compliant Integrated Master Schedule which accurately and comprehensively validates the contractual scope, flow, and resources required to execute the program u2022 Validate cost and schedule integration for effective program performance management u2022 Manage vertical and horizontal integration between all schedules and other program artifacts compliant with LM's command media. u2022 Drive efficiency and commonality within Global Communication and Navigation (GCN) u2022 Interface with program management, senior management and the contractual customer as the programu2019s planning integrator u2022 Devise modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline u2022 Perform time-phased predictive analyses, critical path verification, and schedule risk assessments to ensure program capability to meet commitments u2022 Resolve schedule conflicts, develop and implement work-around strategies and tactical alternatives u2022 Utilize performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance #LMSpaceProgramPlanners Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience u2022 4-6 years of previous aerospace/defense/government contractor planning/scheduling experience in a lead role on programs requiring EVM u2022 Strong Earned Value Management knowledge within aerospace/defense contracting industry u2022 Extensive experience in planning and scheduling network/database tools such as Open Plan, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or comparable planning tool u2022 Extensive experience in Program Planning processes such as critical path analyses, schedule risk analyses, and/or work-around planning u2022 Experience with compliance requirements and surveillance u2022Experience in the application of integrated cost/ schedule techniques u2022 Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills u2022 Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateu2019s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
