Finance & Insurance Executive - Ohio 131926 Zurich is seeking a Finance & Insurance Executive to support sales efforts in our Ohio territory. As part of our F&I sales team, this role offers an opportunity to leverage and refine your sales and marketing expertise within the automotive sector We are looking for high performers that are goal driven and able to take us to the next level of achieving financial targets. You will be responsible for driving growth and profitability by acquiring, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree with 2+ years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership, or u2022 High school diploma/equivalent with 4+ years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership. u2022 Must reside within the required territory. Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Ideal candidates have outside sales experience and advanced knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitors. u2022 Extensive experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management (e.g. GM, GSM, Finance Director, Finance Manager). u2022 Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual). u2022 Proficiency in automotive and traditional software/technology. u2022 Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and warranty claims processes and F&I products. u2022 Ability to analyze financial statements. u2022 Excellent presentation skills for both small and large groups. Background: Zurich Direct Markets specializes in offering Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to the automotive industry, supported by a dedicated team of F&I sales professionals who maintain close relationships with Dealership customers. The Finance & Insurance Executive (FIE) role involves driving growth and profitability by: _u2022_ _Prospecting:_ Identifying and developing new business prospects, focusing on providing Finance & Insurance products to large automotive dealers, while also supporting P&C product marketing within the assigned territory. Attending Automotive industry events to promote Zurichu2019s sales and marketing initiatives. _u2022_ _Relationship Management:_ Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders via various channels (in-person and virtual) to maintain solid relationships. _u2022_ _Closing:_ Managing and growing your assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets. _u2022_ _Direct Sales:_ Conducting sales presentations either in-person or via Microsoft Teams. _u2022_ _Consulting:_ Collaborating with field team members to ensure seamless implementation of programs and products, while strengthening customer relationships. _u2022_ _Building market share:_ Working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. The annual variable compensation range, based on performance under the sales incentive plan for this role, is $150,000 to $170,000. This position included a variable component that is based on an individual's performance under the applicable sales incentive plan.
