CTG is hiring a Mainframe Developer with strong COBOL and CICS experience to support a healthcare claims processing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on development experience in MMIS/Medicaid systems who can translate business requirements into scalable mainframe solutions. Location: Sacramento, CA Duration: 12 months Key Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM + Support healthcare claims processing systems (CA-MMIS preferred) + Analyze business requirements and build technical solutions + Perform unit, integration, and regression testing + Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance Required Skills: + 2u20135 years of mainframe development experience + Strong COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM expertise + Healthcare claims processing experience (highly preferred) + Experience with batch and online systems Education: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
