About the role POSITION SUMMARY To cut product to standard, sample products that are to be filled, fill tankers, drum and totes with product. Prepare COA paperwork and receive incoming product and prepare and upkeep all SQF relevant paperwork. Fill in for daytime bulk loader when on vacation. Key responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS u2022u2003u2003Move product from vinegar storage shipping tank if needed. u2022u2003u2003Cut product to shipping standards +/- 1%. u2022u2003u2003Test vinegars to ensure they fall within specifications u2022u2003u2003Completely fill bulk tankers u2022u2003u2003Fill drums and totes u2022u2003u2003Load/unload box trucks/trailers u2022u2003u2003Prepare COA paperwork. u2022u2003u2003Prepare all relevant SQF and SAP paperwork. u2022u2003u2003Inventory product in shipping tanks. u2022u2003u2003Prepare retention samples. u2022u2003u2003Load/unload tankers in a timely basis. u2022u2003u2003Keep work area clean and debris free. u2022u2003u2003Unload and test alcohol.
