In this role, you will manage payroll processes for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with multi-state regulations. Responsibilities: u2022 Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Manage multi-state payroll operations in compliance with local regulations. u2022 Maintain and update payroll records, including employee benefits and deductions. u2022 Reconcile payroll-related accounts and ensure alignment with the general ledger. u2022 Utilize UKG Pro to streamline payroll processes and reporting. u2022 Address payroll inquiries and provide clear communication to employees regarding payroll matters. u2022 Collaborate with HR to align payroll processes with employee benefits and organizational policies. u2022 Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data. u2022 Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities as required. u2022 Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing. u2022 Proven expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations. u2022 Experience managing payroll for organizations with 101-500 employees. u2022 Proficiency in UKG Pro or similar payroll software. u2022 Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Ability to analyze and reconcile payroll-related accounts. u2022 Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
