SummaryWe are looking for an Electronic Security System Technician II who can help with installing, diagnosing issues, and testing electronic security setups such as access control, intrusion sensors, and network systems. This role involves working alone at times and collaborating with others on a Department of Defense security project.** This position is contingent upon contract award ** ResponsibilitiesInstall and service electronic security systems (access control, intrusion detection, infrastructure, etc.) according to project specifications and codesRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematicsPerform conduit installation, cable installation, and cable terminationInstall system components including but not including head end equipment, security panels, card readers, and door hardwareAssist in system configuration and network integrationMaintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materialsProvide on-site customer training and supportComply with safety protocols and quality standardOther duties as assigned QualificationsPossess 2-4 years of experience in electronic security systems or a related fieldDemonstrate working knowledge of low-voltage wiring, IP networks, and alarm systemsLenel certification is preferred but not requiredExhibit the ability to work flexible hours and travel to various job sitesShowcase strong troubleshooting and communication skillsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.
