This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll manage staff, oversee fleet readiness, and deliver a premium experience to members. What You’ll Be Responsible For Run Daily Operations Open/close dock and manage reservations Ensure boats are clean, fueled, and ready Coordinate maintenance and repairs Lead Your Team Supervise and schedule dock staff & captains Train seasonal employees Maintain accountability and coverage Own the Member Experience Deliver a professional, welcoming dock environment Assist with departures and returns Build strong member relationships Maintain Safety Standards Enforce safety protocols Monitor weather conditions Support seasonal marina operations ? Who This Role Is For We’re looking for leaders with backgrounds in: Marina or dock operations Boating / marine services Hospitality or outdoor operations Team leadership / shift management You should be: Organized and reliable Comfortable leading a team Able to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment Boating experience is a plus — not required ? Requirements Valid driver’s license Ability to manage staff schedules and daily operations Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions ?
