WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FORThe Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managingthe full cycle of accounts payable activities, ensuring timely and accurateprocessing of invoices and payments. This role requires strong attention todetail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in afast-paced environment.KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities: USA/Canada Accounts Payable (AP):Oversee the AP process, including invoice processing, paymentapprovals, and vendor management.Ensure all vendor invoices are accurately coded, authorized,and entered into the accounting system.Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.Maintain vendor files and ensure all vendor information is upto date.Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies.Prepare and process 1099s and other tax-related documents.Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconcilingaccounts and preparing reports.Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationshipswith vendors.Other duties may be assigned.WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVEAssociate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance preferred.At least, 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similarroleStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in accounting software (Restaurant 365) and MicrosoftOffice Suite, particularly Excel.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Flexible, adaptive, upbeat, open and visible work style,with a successful track record of supporting operations leaders across a largegeographically decentralized portfolio.Passion for people!
