This role is primarily onsite in Dallas, TX and requires a strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and brand discipline. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary digital designer, supporting corporate marketing initiatives and working closely with teams to deliver polished, effective digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Serve as the primary digital designer across marketing initiatives u2022 Own endu2011tou2011end execution of digital projects from concept through delivery u2022 Create email, web, and social content aligned with established corporate branding standards u2022 Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints u2022 Design experiences that function smoothly and look polished across desktop and mobile platforms u2022 Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, incorporating feedback while knowing when to delegate effectively u2022 Maintain strong ownership of timelines, deliverables, and project quality Requirements Top 3 Mustu2011Haves: + Selfu2011managed, experienced Digital Designer with strong project ownership + Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma + Working knowledge of HTML and CSS Qualifications: u2022 Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD u2022 Strong experience with Figma and or Sketch for UI and UX design u2022 Experience using Canva to create scalable, onu2011brand digital assets and templates u2022 Familiarity with AIu2011powered design tools and workflows to support ideation and iteration u2022 Ability to design and produce basic video and motion assets for web, email, and social channels u2022 Solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices u2022 Working knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred, with familiarity with modern development workflows u2022 Excellent visual, creative, and conceptual design skills with strong attention to detail u2022 Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Skills and Tools: u2022 Adobe Creative Suite u2022 Figma and or Sketch u2022 Canva u2022 HTML and CSS u2022 Email, web, and social platforms u2022 AIu2011assisted design tools Portfolio Requirement: u2022 A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, and multimedia assets across web, email, social, and video platforms This is a great opportunity for a designer who thrives in a selfu2011directed role, values brand consistency, and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver highu2011impact digital work.
