This leader will drive a proactive, risk-based compliance culture—ensuring alignment with domestic and international regulations while enabling continued business growth.This role partners closely with executive leadership, legal, and operational teams to design scalable compliance frameworks, strengthen internal controls, and embed best-in-class governance practices across all business units and geographies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of global compliance frameworks, policies, and internal audit programsProactively identify and mitigate compliance risks across U.S. and international marketsDesign and implement dashboards, risk heat maps, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to leadershipDrive automation and digitization of compliance workflows to improve efficiency and scalabilityPartner cross-functionally (Finance, HR, Production, Logistics, Legal) to ensure regulatory alignmentDevelop and execute an annual audit plan, including reporting and remediation strategiesDeliver enterprise-wide compliance training and foster a culture of accountability and ethical conductContinuously evaluate and improve policies, procedures, and systems to enhance compliance effectiveness and cost efficiencyQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree7+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory environments (e.g., TTB, Customs, IRS)Proven ability to lead cross-functional compliance programs in highly regulated industriesStrong expertise in governance, risk management, and internal audit frameworksAbility to travel up to 30%PreferredExperience in alcohol beverage, CPG, or similarly regulated industriesAdvanced degree (JD, CPA, CIA, or related field)Relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, CAMS, CRCM)Experience with GRC platforms, audit tools, and data visualizationStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skills#LI-JJ1#LI-hybridUSD $105,584.00/Yr.USD $158,376.00/Yr.
