Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting production and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Quality Technician Location: Poestenkill, NY Pay Range: $21-$25 Shift: Days 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM What's the Job? + Support activities related to the implementation, maintenance, control, and monitoring of quality systems and standards. + Conduct inspections, evaluate data, and perform sampling of in-process, finished products, and raw materials. + Distribute product certifications and communicate quality standards to production teams. + Assist production operators in achieving quality standards and resolving quality issues. + Ensure compliance with corporate quality policies, regulatory requirements, ISO standards, and customer specifications. What's Needed? + Some college education is preferred. + Experience working in a quality lab within a manufacturing environment is preferred. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Effective communication and teamwork abilities. + Ability to follow procedures and maintain quality standards consistently.
