Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of bookkeeping processes. This role involves overseeing accounts for multiple convenience store locations and maintaining efficient workflows using industry-standard software. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and maintain comprehensive bookkeeping functions for two convenience store locations. u2022 Utilize QuickBooks Online and payroll software to handle all financial transactions and processes. u2022 Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing. u2022 Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure account accuracy and resolve discrepancies. u2022 Monitor and manage approximately 6,700 transactions annually, averaging 25 per day. u2022 Ensure automated systems are functioning correctly and optimize workflows where necessary. u2022 Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and reports. u2022 Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payroll systems and financial software. u2022 Support business operations with detailed record-keeping and clear communication about financial performance. Requirements u2022 Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper with expertise in managing complex accounts. u2022 Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and payroll systems, such as ADP. u2022 Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. u2022 Familiarity with retail or convenience store operations is preferred. u2022 Ability to handle high transaction volumes efficiently and accurately. u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Strong communication skills to work effectively with management and team members. u2022 A proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.
