Job Title: TIG/MIG Welder Job Description Join our team to manufacture stainless steel tanks for the dairy industry, focusing on creating food-grade or sanitary welds. This position requires expertise in TIG and MIG welding, primarily on stainless steel and aluminum, utilizing Lincoln and Miller welders. Responsibilities + Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum for tank production in various positions such as flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead. + Perform MIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum for tank production in various positions such as flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead. + Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, bolt, custom fabricate, or grind materials to meet technical requirements and create a welded final product. + Control fitting, burning, and welding processes to prevent overheating, distortion, expansion, or shrinking of parts. + Read and understand basic prints/drawings to execute welding tasks. + Solve fabrication problems and perform overhead welding. Essential Skills + 3 years of experience in TIG and MIG welding. + Proficiency in welding stainless steel and aluminum. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings. + Strong problem-solving skills in fabrication tasks. + Experience in fitting, MIG welding, and fabrication.
