Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney specializing in personal injury litigation to join our team in Decatur, Georgia. This is a contract-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to manage a dynamic caseload and work on high-value cases with the support of remote paralegals. The ideal candidate will bring strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to handling cases. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 cases. u2022 Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and outcomes. u2022 Handle daily communications with insurance adjusters. u2022 Negotiate settlements effectively to achieve favorable resolutions for clients. u2022 Collaborate with remote paralegals to streamline case management and documentation. u2022 Review initial draft and edit as needed. u2022 Represent clients in litigation proceedings, ensuring their interests are vigorously advocated. u2022 Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal deadlines. Requirements u2022 Must hold an active Georgia Bar license and in good standing. u2022 Proven expertise in personal injury law and litigation. u2022 Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage high-value cases. u2022 Experience conducting legal research and preparing detailed legal documents. u2022 Ability to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively. u2022 Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, adjusters, and team members. u2022 Proficiency in leveraging technology for remote collaboration and case management. u2022 Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and client confidentiality.
