As an Accounting Associate, your primary focus will be on transactional duties related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), as well as assisting with special projects. This role is based in a dynamic environment, where you will be processing client payments, coding invoices for payment, and managing company credit card processing. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee the application and research of client payments and the preparation of deposits u2022 Process and apply coding to invoices for payment u2022 Assist in the management of Employee Expense and Company Credit Card processing u2022 Prepare and enter related journal entries accurately u2022 Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records u2022 Assist the Accounting Manager and Controller with special projects as necessary u2022 Ensure all processing and reporting deadlines are met u2022 Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP. Requirements Job Requirements: u2022 Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary for the role of Accounting Associate. u2022 Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required. u2022 Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must. u2022 The candidate should have experience in Billing. u2022 Data Entry skills are necessary for this role. u2022 Experience with Invoice Processing is required. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must for the Accounting Associate role. u2022 Familiarity with Oracle is necessary for this position. u2022 Experience with QuickBooks is desirable for the role. u2022 Knowledge of SAP is a requirement for the Accounting Associate role.
